Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with your artwork. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, our returns policy focuses on resolving any damage or faults quickly and fairly.

Custom Prints (Rolled & Framed)

Our prints are produced on demand, so we’re not able to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

If your print or its frame arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page.
  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • We’ll ask you to send clear photos of the artwork, frame and packaging.

Once we’ve reviewed the information, if we confirm the item was damaged in transit, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement print, and
  • Send you a pre‑paid return label so you can send the damaged item back in its original box or tube.

Original Artworks

Original pieces are unique works and can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If an original artwork or its frame is damaged on arrival:

  • Contact us within 7 days through our Contact page with your order number and details of the damage.
  • We’ll request photos showing the artwork and packaging.

After assessing the issue, if we determine the piece was damaged in transit, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or suitable remedy (depending on availability), and
  • Provide a pre‑paid return label so you can return the damaged artwork in its original packaging.
